Reverse Mortgages

Reverse mortgages, explained by someone who does them every day.

A reverse mortgage lets a homeowner turn part of their home equity into cash without a monthly mortgage payment. You keep title to your home. You still have to live in it as your main residence, pay property taxes and homeowners insurance, and keep it in good repair. The loan is repaid when the last borrower sells, moves out, or passes away.

Wymac Capital has arranged reverse mortgages for California homeowners for more than 25 years. Our team of experienced loan officers takes your application live, by video or phone (or in our Moraga office by appointment), so you never have to fight your way through a long online form.
